The RE Investment Forum is a key innovation of the fair that is aimed at tackling the challenge for financing Renewable Energy Projects.

The objective is to UNLOCK Ghana's RE Potential in Utility Scale Projects, Business/Industrial Scale Projects and Home/Office projects. Each of these business segments presents its own challenge and opportunities, and the Energy Commission intends to ensure that the different challenges and opportunities that each business segment provides is well understood by all the stakeholders.

At the end of the Forum, the expectation is that the finance/investment community will better understand the value proposition of the various Renewable Energy business segments, and that project developers, sponsors and customers will also understand the information requirements of the investment/finance community to enable them engage on project proposals.

The Forum will bring together key decision makers from Project Development/Sponsoring companies, RE Power Consuming companies and Investment/Financial Institutions.
