3rd Energy Commission Senior High Schools Renewable Energy Challenge
The 3rd Energy Commission Senior High Schools Renewable Energy Challenge has taken off in all 16 Regions of Ghana.
The Bui Power Authority is partnering the Energy Commission in this year’s Challenge as the title sponsor.
The aim of the competition is to develop the research skills of Senior High School students and promote technological innovation in renewable energy and energy efficiency. It is also to instill in students a passion for solving renewable energy, energy efficiency and climate change-related issues.
The competition aims at selecting the schools with the best projects. The Grand Finale of the Senior High Schools Renewable Energy Challenge will be held at the Accra International Conference Centre on October 14, 2021, as part of the 7th Ghana Renewable Energy Fair.
